CreateFiles - File Conversions to/from Old System
The CreateFiles program will convert a job and key file combination (either version 6 or version 7 format) to a cruise object. The program also converts FVS tree list files to a cruise object and a cruise object to the files needed to run FVS fuels extension. All cruise objects will have the extension .CRZ when created.
