A closure order is in effect for portions of the Lake Chelan-Sawtooth Wilderness and surrounding areas due to the Pioneer Fire. The closure includes Prince Creek, Cascade Creek, Moore Point and South Navarre campgrounds; Lakeshore Trail; and the 8200 road (Grade Creek).
The Pioneer Fire is burning on the north shore of Lake Chelan approximately 31 miles northwest of Chelan, Washington.
