Cooks Ridge Trail #1372
Looking for an energetic loop hike in the old-growth spruce forests of the Cape Perpetua Scenic Area? The Cook's Ridge Trail, which begins in the Cape Perpetua Visitor Center uppermost parking lot connects four different trails - the Discovery Loop Trail, Cummins Creek Trail, Gwynn Creek and Oregon Coast Trail to create a 6 mile hiking loop.
To access this trail, follow the Discovery Loop Trail, to its junction with the Cook’s Ridge Trail.

Trailhead/Starting Points
11 miles south of Waldport on Highway 101 at Cape Perpetua Visitor Center.
The trail may also be accessed from the northeast by taking Forest Service Road 55, just north of the Cape Perpetua Visitor Center.
