Mt Hebo Horse Trailhead

This trailhead provides access to the Pioneer-Indian Trail. It is designed for use by visitors using horse trailers.

Day use only: open sunrise to sunset

No fees are required for this site

Within developed recreation sites, dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet, or otherwise under physical restrictive control. 36 CFR 261.16(j)

Directions

From Lincoln City, Oregon, travel north on Highway 101 approximately 25 miles to Hebo, Oregon.  Travel south on Highway 22 1/4 mile to Forest Service Road 14 for 4.8 miles.  Trailhead is 0.6 miles east of Hebo Lake.

From Tillamook, OR, travel south on Highway 101, 19 miles to Hebo, Oregon. Turn south on Highway 22, 1/4 mile to Forest Service Road 14 for 4.8 miles. Trailhead is 0.6 miles east of Hebo Lake.
