Goosepasture OHV Staging Area
Located less than a mile from Florence, OR, this popular OHV staging area can be accessed from South Jetty Road.
This large paved parking area can accommodate longer trailers, but can often be full by mid-morning during the busy summer season and sunny weather weekends. OHV riders have access to large open sand dunes, designated OHV trails through vegetated areas as well as the beach.
Goosepasture Staging also provides access to South Jetty Sand Camping sites.
A noise buffer OHV closure is in place on the eastern boundary of the riding area due to proximity to nearby residential areas and adjacent non-motorized recreation areas.

Day use fee:
$5 per vehicle per day
Cash is not accepted at this location. Visitors can pay with a credit or debit card via the automated fee machine at the South Jetty Road entrance station.
A variety of recreation passes will fulfill the day use fee. The Northwest Forest Pass, Oregon Pacific Coast Passport, digital day use pass, and interagency annual passes are valid at this location.
Within developed recreation sites, dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet, or otherwise under physical restrictive control. 36 CFR 261.16(j)

Directions
From Florence, OR, travel one mile south turning west onto South Jetty Road. Travel 1.5 miles to Goose Pasture OHV Staging Area located on the south side of the South Jetty Road.
