Pine Spring Fire Overlook Trail
Great for a quick way to stretch your legs, this short trail provides an opportunity to see how the forest recovers after a fire. Stroll out to a rock point that overlooks the Pine Springs Basin an area still in the early successional stages of recovery from wildfires. The Pine Springs Overlook Observation Site is the trailhead for this trail, with a covered shelter area, hikers can hike the short trail and then enjoy a picnic.
