Curtis Canyon Campground
Curtis Canyon Campground is a great place to camp if you want to be close to town but still off the beaten path. This wooded campground is located above the National Elk Refuge and a quick walk from your campsite will reward you with amazing views of the Refuge and the Teton mountain range. Hiking and horseback riding are all easy to achieve just minutes from the campground.
General Information
No reservations for these campsites. They are all first come, first serve. Two vehicle limit per campsite.
Curtis Canyon campground will be half price as of May 31, 2024 until the pipe is fixed and the water is turned on. Campround closes September 15 annually.

Overnight Use:
Single Site: $20 per night
Additional Vehicle Fee: $7 per vehicle
$20/Night for single unit, $7 fee for extra 2nd vehicle, no more than 2 vehicles/ site. After seasonal closure, use is still permitted however no services (trash, toilet etc) will be provided, please plan accordingly.

Directions
Starting from the Town of Jackson, Wyoming, head east on United States Highway 189 (US-189/West Broadway Avenue) for approximately 1 mile. At the end of West Broadway Avenue, turn left onto North Elk Refuge Road and continue on the road for approximately 3 miles, then make the first left turn to continue on National Elk Refuge Road 2240. After 1 mile, take the first road to the right and go 3 miles where you will see signage for Curtis Canyon Campground on the right.
