Elliott Creek Campground

Located on the northwest shore of Green Mountain Reservoir, this campground has vault toilets and a stay limit of 14 days. Many activities occur on the lake including fishing, motor boating, sailing, canoeing, and water skiing. The boat ramp is across the reservoir at the town of Heeney. All motorboats must be launched from Heeney Marina with a mandatory Aquatic Nuisance Specie boat inspection.

Directions

Directions: From I-70, take Exit 205 Silverthorne/Dillon and travel north on Highway 9 for 14 miles. Turn left onto Heeney Road (Cty Rd. 30). Drive for approximately 8 miles and the campground will be on your right just past the small town of Heeney.
