Alert: Travel reservation system outage

WASHINGTON, D.C..—The ConcurGov (formerly ETS2) website will be down from June 14 at 4 p.m. EDT through June 17 at 7 a.m. EDT. The weekend outage means travelers will only be able to make emergency travel reservations by contacting BCD Travel.

The new ConcurGov link will be automatically updated in HR Connect and posted on the Travel SharePoint site for anyone who needs to update their desktop favorites.

What you need to know

June 14, 4 p.m. EDT: Agency users should finish reservations and save documents.

June 14, 5 p.m. EDT: The current link for ConcurGov will be deactivated. 

June 14-June 16: Travelers will NOT be able to book, change or cancel reservations online on ConcurGov when the link is deactivated. 

June 17, 7 a.m. EDT: The new link will go live. Travelers can resume booking, changing or canceling reservations on ConcurGov using the new link.
