2024 FEVS Motto: From Feedback to action

Each year, federal employees have an opportunity to provide feedback to their agency by responding to the Office of Personnel Management Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey. FEVS provides consistent, reliable and actionable information to all levels of government, from front-line managers to government-wide leadership and program and policy offices.

The 2024 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey began rolling out last week to all employees who were on board as of November 2023. It closes on Friday, June 28th.

Last year, nearly 13,000 Forest Service employees responded to the OPM FEVS, providing valuable information to identify our agency’s successes and strengths as well as needed areas of improvement. Our goal is to increase the number of participants from last year.  

If you have not yet completed the OPM FEVS survey, please do so as soon as possible. The survey can be completed in approximately 20-30 minutes, and you are allowed ‘01’ time to complete it.  To locate the survey, search for a message entitled “2024 OPM Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey,” sent by EVAG@opm.gov, in your e-mail inbox and follow the embedded link to the FEVS survey. Your responses to the survey are confidential and results reported to the agency will not allow the identification of individual responses in any way.
