Volunteers
Many of the resources and amenities you enjoy on the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest are made possible because of our amazing and dedicated volunteers. Volunteers help to maintain trails, serve as trailhead ambassadors to educate visitors, pick up trash, and much, much more. As a volunteer with the Forest Service, you will:
- Learn new skills and gain confidence working in the outdoors.
- Contribute to important projects and make a positive impact on public lands that present and future generations will enjoy.
- Meet new people and make new friends.
