Dukes Creek Falls Recreation Area

Dukes Creek Falls is conveniently located on the Russell-Brasstown National Scenic Highway. The area offers a moderate hiking trail and exceptional scenery with panoramic views to the distinguished Mount Yonah.

All America the Beautiful Passes accepted here, pass needs to be displayed on your dash or mirror while on site.
No Overnight Parking and No Camping, Day-Use site only

$4 per Vehicle/day, Senior and Access passes are accepted, please put your pass number on the envelope before putting it in the fee box. Pay by credit card or scan and pay only, OR  Pay for your activity pass at Dukes Creek Falls Day Use with the Recreation.gov Mobile App. Log in to your Recreation.gov account through the mobile app and scan the QR code at the area.  Follow the on-screen instructions. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to create one to use Scan & Pay. Please have your proof of payment available for review upon request.

 Physical Address: 1699 Richard Russell Hwy, Helen, GA

Directions: 

From Helen: Head west on Hwy 75/17 No to Hwy 17 A. Turn left on Hwy 17 A towards Robertsville/Cleveland. Go for approximately 2.5 miles to Richard Russell Scenic Hwy (Hwy 348). Make a right turn and travel for approximately 1.4 miles and it will be on your left.

From Cleveland: Head north on Hwy 17A for approximately 10 miles, turn left on Richard Russell Scenic Hwy (Hwy 348). Travel for approximately 1.4 miles and it will be on your left.
