Cottonwood Patch Campground

This hidden gem of a campground is located on the bank of the Conasauga River near the Tennessee/Georgia border.  Iron Mountain trail is accessed directly from the campground.  This simple campground is quite the treat for you and your four-legged friends.  Day-use parking is available for those accessing the trail, but not camping.  Twenty foot (20') length restriction due to curves and bridges.

Current Conditions
Cottonwood Patch has transitioned to camping by reservation only. Reservations are required and must be made through http://www.recreation.gov. You must create an account to be able to reserve a campsite, or call toll free at 877-444-6777, 10 a.m. to midnight. After you book your site, you will receive a gate code for access to the campground.

Quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m until 6 a.m.

Only 2 horse trailers per campsite.  Living quarter trailers with a box length over 20 feet are discouraged.  Alcohol is prohibited.  Dogs must be leashed.

Camping: $8/site/night/year-round
