Spruce Grove Day Use Area

Small area that touches down along the Entiat River at 2,900 feet elevation. Trailers not recommended. Vault toilet on site but no other amenities. Bring drinking water, toilet paper and pack out all garbage.

34 miles up the Entiat River Road from Highway 97A.

Closed due to Pomas Fire. Due to hazard trees, there is no longer overnight camping here and it is DAY USE ONLY.

Directions

From Wenatchee, travel north on US-97A (west side of Columbia River) for 14.4 miles to Entiat. Just after the bridge turn left onto Entiat River Road (County Road #19) and travel north 34.3 miles up to Spruce Grove on the left. Note: County Road #19 becomes Forest Road 51 at 27 miles.

From Chelan, travel south on US-97A (west side of Columbia River) for 19.3 miles to Entiat. Just before the bridge turn right onto Entiat River Road (County Road #19) and travel north 34.3 miles up to Spruce Grove on the left. Note: County Road #19 becomes Forest Road 51 at 27 miles.
