Atkinson Flat Campground
This campground is located along the Chiwawa River, 20 miles from Fish Lake.
There are a total of 11 large campsites along the floor of a large glacial carved valley.
Reservations
This location is available on a first-come, first-served basis only. Visitors are required to physically occupy the campground to claim a site.
General Information
50% discount for single site camping with any of these passes: Interagency Senior, Interagency Access, Golden Age, or Golden Access. Applies to fee for site occupied by the pass holder.
Overnight Use:
Single Site: $22 per night
Additional Vehicle Fee: $11 per vehicle per night

Directions
From Leavenworth, take US-2 West for about 15 miles. At Coles Corner, turn right onto WA-207 North and travel 4.4 miles. Turn right onto Chiwawa Loop Road and go about 0.5 mile. Stay right onto County Highway 22 and travel 0.8 miles. Take the second left onto Chiwawa River Road/Forest Road 6200. Follow Chiwawa River/Forest Road 6200 for about 16 miles (road becomes rough gravel / dirt at 11-mile point). The campground will be on your left.
Travel Considerations
The final 5-mile section of Chiwawa River road to campground is very rough gravel and dirt, and may not be suitable for low clearance vehicles.
