Andrews Creek Trailhead

This forested trailhead near Andrews Creek is popular with horse riders, has a stock ramp, hitch-rails, and adequate parking for stock trailers.

Provides access to Andrews Creek Trail #504 and gives access to the Pasayten Wilderness.

General Information

  • Recreation passes honored: Digital Day Pass, Northwest Forest Pass, and Interagency Recreation Passes.
  • Wilderness permit required: To enter the Pasayten Wilderness, visitors need to fill out a free permit at the trailhead.
  • Wilderness regulations apply

Directions

From Winthrop, travel on State Route 20 turning right onto Okanogan Country Road 1213 (West Chewuch Road). Drive 6 miles where county road joins with Forest Service Road 51. Drive for 22 miles to the end of the paved road then turn right for parking at the Andrews Creek Trailhead (some parking to the left).
