Raptor Trail (#4421)

This short trail (less than half a mile) connects bikers and hikers from Desert Parsley Trail in the Coyote Wall area to Old Highway 8. It was formerly known as "Ca1" during the planning process and is closed to equestrian use to protect sensitive natural resources.

General Information

No fee at trailhead.

  • Seasonally closed to all uses from February 1 to July 15 to protect nesting peregrine falcons, bald eagles, and other sensitive wildlife and natural resources.
  • Dogs must be on leash year-round.
  • Horses are prohibited.

Directions

Coyote Wall Trailhead: From Bingen, WA travel east on Washington State Highway 14 approximately 3 miles to milepost 69.7, Courtney Road. The trailhead is just off the highway on the east side of Courtney road.  Please park in designated parking spots only and not along Courtney Road or Highway 14.
