Arch Canyon Trail

The Arch Canyon Trail #002 is 4.9 miles long. It begins at the Forest Service Boundary off of a 7.5 miles long jeep road (rough unmaintained jeep road on BLM land). The trail follows the bottom of Arch Canyon along a perennial stream. The trail passes three arches, Cathedral Arch, Angel Arch and Keystone Arch.

Elevation Change: 942 feet (Most of the elevation gain is in the last mile of the trail)

South East End: 5,626 feet

North West End: 6,568 feet

Current Conditions
This trail is not regularly maintained and the trail maybe difficult to follow.  Trail conditions vary widely with weather events and during spring runoff.  Check with the Monticello Ranger District for updated information.

Getting There

Directions

From Blanding, head south on US-191 S/S Main St and travel 3.9 miles. Turn right onto UT-95 N and travel 14.3 miles. Turn right onto Comb Wash and travel 2.4 miles. Turn right and travel 500 feet to Arch Canyon Trail a jeep road. Travel by OHV or jeep up the trail roughly 7.5 miles to Forest Boundary and Arch Canyon Trail #002.
