Deer Creek Administrative Site Trailhead
This trailhead is located off Forest Service Road #253. This road leading up to the trailhead is rated for passenger vehicles, but high-clearance vehicles are recommended. The parking is a small pull-out off of the road. Be careful not to block traffic or the administration site gate.

Motorized equipment and equipment used for mechanical transport are prohibited. This includes the use of motor vehicles, motorboats, motorized equipment, bicycles, hang gliders, wagons, carts, portage wheels, and the landing of aircraft including helicopters and drones unless provided for in specific legislation.

Directions
From Safford drive south 17 miles on US 191 to AZ 266. Turn right (southwest) onto AZ 266 and drive 38 miles. Turn left onto Deer Creek Rd/South Deer Creek Ranch Road. Drive 6.7 miles and park on the west side of the road at the junction of FSRD 253B, Deer Creek Administrative Site.
