Dodgeton Trail #1302
Dodgeton Trail #1302 is moderate difficulty trail accessed from the Spring Creek Trailhead 1/4 of a mile south of Cuchara on Highway 12. The trail length is 4.25 miles, open to foot and horse travel, as well as ATV and motorcycle use. The trail connects with other Forest Service trails in the area, including Baker Trail #1301, Shortcut Trail #1300a and Indian Trail #1300.

Directions
From LaVeta, Colorado, take State Highway 12 to Cuchara. After 1/4 of a mile south of Cuchara, turn right on Forest Service Road 414 into the Spring Creek Trailhead parking lot.
