Dalton Lake Picnic Area

Secluded Picnic Area

The Dalton Lake Picnic Area has three picnic sites located adjacent to Dalton Lake Campground. The sheltered picnic area, built by the Civilian Conservation Corps, in the campground remains in use. There are vault toilets available and access to the Centennial Trail is nearby.

Directions

From Vanocker Canyon or Forest Highway 26 turn east on Dalton Lake road or Forest Service Road 224. Campground is approximatelly 5 miles.
