Kingston Peak Trail
Starting west from the town of Alice, Kingston Peak offer a 360-degree view of several fourteeners. Much of this road is above timberline and is steep and rocky in sections. There is hiking access to the James Peak Wilderness area from the Kingston Peak Road.

All vehicles must be either street-legal or registered annually through Colorado State Parks' OHV Registration Program. All motorized vehicles are restricted to open routes designated for their use.

Directions
I-70 westbound, take exit #238 Fall River Road. Drive approximately 8 miles to Alice Road, turn left, stay on Alice Road. Once you turn left onto Alice you then turn right on Harris Drive. This all switchbacks to FSR 353.1 and every switchback has a different name. Turn left on Glory Hole Road, right on Nebraska Drive, left on Hillside Road, then you will see a Carsonite sign at another switchback label further up as Hilltop Road, turn right. This area is tough to navigate and through neighborhoods. Be sure to respect private land boundaries and know that some of these roads are rough.
