Travel update: Recent ETS2 (Concur) notifications
The Main Point
Recently, auto-generated emails from autonotification@concursolutions.com were sent to travelers, notifying them a voucher had not been filed for a specific trip and the message ask that the voucher be completed immediately. The Chief Financial Office ASC Budget & Finance Temporary Duty travel team has determined that some travelers who received these emails may not need to file a voucher and other action needs to be taken.
What You Need to Do
If you have received the auto-generated email and have traveled in FY2022 and need to file a voucher, please do so immediately. If you have received the auto-generated email for any trip and have already filed a voucher, did not take the trip, need to cancel the authorization or need other assistance, please forward the email to our FS-ETS2 mailbox and indicate which of these situations apply.
The TDY travel team will review your email and provide you with any appropriate action you need to take.
