Pole Creek Trail #1398 is 6-mile difficult trail open to foot, horse, mountain bike, motorcycle and ATV use. It is accessed by the same trailhead as the Horse Ranch Trail #1397. Elevation starts at 8,500 feet and gains 2,720 feet, which tops out at 11,220 feet.

Directions:

Pole Creek Trail has two access points:

  • FSR 630 which comes off State Highway 69 east of Gardner. 
  • FSR 360 off of State Highway 165, after about 8 miles take FSR 369 to the trailhead.
