General Information

Directions:

The new access is though the Grassy Ridge Trailhead at Gorges State Park, .7 miles south of Hwy 64w on 281s. The first 3/4 mile of the trail is on state property and the next .75 is on FS (3 mile round trip). The state park's portion of the trail is graveled and prominently blazed, but as you enter the FS lands you also enter the Wild & Scenic River corridor, so the trail surface returns to an earthen path that is still easy to follow.  As a new facility Gorges State Park has been is construction phase for several years and the access to the falls has changed several times.
