Warner Lake/Beaver Basin Trail
The Warner Lake/Beaver Basin Trail #033, also known as Dry Fork Mill Creek Trail, is 5.1 miles long. It begins at Forest Road #063 (Warner Lake) and ends at Forest Road #669 (Beaver Basin). This trail is a great trail out from Warner Campground, past Warner Lake. A loop around the campground, through the aspen stand can be made by combining this trail with Forest Trail #084 (Warner Lake Campground) for a total 0.75 mile trail. This first 1.8 miles of this trail are heavily used by recreationists, while the portion of trail beyond the intersection with Forest Trail #315 (Burro Pass) is rarely visited and maintained. This portion can be difficult to follow towards Beaver Basin and climbs up to and traverses along a high ridgeline above treeline. This trail is open to hikers and equestrian users.

General Information
Directions:From Moab, head south on US-191/Main St and travel 7.8 miles. Turn left onto Co Rd #127/Old Airport Rd (brown sign indicating Ken’s Lake and La Sals is located at the turn on US-191) and travel 0.6 miles. Turn right onto Co Rd #127/Forest Road #046 (La Sal Mountain Loop) and travel 11.5 miles. Turn right onto Forest Road #063 (Warner Lake) and travel approximately 5.2 miles to Warner Lake Campground. Trailhead parking is available and labeled “day-use parking”.
