Sloway Campground


Area Status: Closed

This campground is a great place to rest after floating the Clark Fork River or just sit and enjoy the river go by. It has a large area for picnics, pull-through sites for recreational vehicles, horse camping facilities, and a carry-down boat launch - something for everyone! The remaining sites are first come first served. Scan & Pay option available, but you must have a recreation.gov account.

Fees: $15 per night. $5 fee for each additional vehicle after two vehicles.

General Information

Directions: This campground is located mid-way between the towns of Superior and St .Regis. From Interstate 90, take exit #43 at Dry Creek, travel west 3.2 miles on the north frontage road, or take exit #37 and travel 2.8 miles east.
General Notes: A picnic table and fire ring is available at each campsite. Host on site. Carry-down boat launch, volleyball net, horseshoe pits, and sandbox are available.

The Slowey Campground is conveniently located near Interstate 90 and horse camping section has picnic tables, fire rings, a hitching rail, and corral with feeders. There's lots of room for trailer parking and turning around.
