Trail #15 Peeled Cedar

This Trail Open to Hikers Only.

This short trail site offers a flat, gravel surface that wanders through an old growth forest offering a plethera of huge Cedar and Douglas Firs. It also includes a standing peeled cedar tree with a interpretive sign.

General Information

Directions:

From Trout Lake, Washington go one mile north to Trout Lake Creek Road and turn right. Continue on Trout Lake Creek Road until it crosses the Forest Boundary where it becomes Forest Road 88. Continue on Forest Road 88 to the sign for the Interperative site. The site is located just south of the Big Tire Intersection.
