Blind Bull Trailhead


Just before the end of the Blind Bull Road, a pullout on the right provides parking and access to the Wyoming Range National Recreation Trail. Trail 090 to Black Canyon is accessed from Blind Bull Lake, about a mile down the road. The Blind Bull/Horse Creek Snowmo Trail E begins at mouth of Blind Bull Creek, about 27 miles up the Greys River Snowmo Trail, and connects to Horse Creek past the Blind Bull warming hut. Information on the Horse Creek side is provided by the Big Piney Ranger District.

Directions:

From the Town of Alpine, Wyoming, head east on Greys River Road /Forest Service Road 10138 (FS-10138) and follow it for approximately 8 miles. Bear right at the junction staying on FS-10138 and follow it southeast for an additional 18 miles then turn left onto Blind Bull Road/FS-10123. Follow FS-10123 for approximately 6.3 miles to the end of the road to access Blind Bull Trailhead. Trail access begins East of the parking area. Travel details from the Town of Alpine: 33 miles, 54 minutes (approximate)
