The following elements comprise the Map Projection section:
	Map Projection Name mandatory name of the map projection.
	One of the following Map Projections, and accompanying parameters, is mandatory
	Albers Conical Equal Area, mandatory contains parameters for the Albers Conical Equal Area projection.
	Azimuthal Equidistant, mandatory contains parameters for the Azimuthal Equidistant projection.
	Equidistant Conic, mandatory contains parameters for the Equidistant Conic projection.
	Equirectangular, mandatory contains parameters for the Equirectangular projection.
	General Vertical Near-sided Perspective, mandatory contains parameters for the General Vertical Near-sided Perspective projection.
	Gnomonic, mandatory contains parameters for the Gnomonic projection.
	Lambert Azimuthal Equal Area, mandatory contains parameters for the Lambert Azimuthal Equal Area projection.
	Lambert Conformal Conic, mandatory contains parameters for the Lambert Conformal Conic projection.
