Doublehead Trailhead

Parking is available for about 4 vehicles. The Doublehead Ski Trail reaches the cabin at 1.8 miles via a steep grade, or via the Old Path - a shorter yet steeper trail. The cabin rents for $20.00 per night and reservations may be made on the web at www.recreation.gov or by phone at 877-444-6777.

From NH Rt 16, take Route 16A in Jackson then take 16B past Black Mountain Ski Area. (Route 16B turns into Dundee Road.) The Ski Trail trailhead is about 1 mile on the left.
