The Spring Bear Sale is located within T49N R35W Sections 3,4,9,10,11,14,15. The Forest Service will receive Sealed bids at KENTON RANGER DISTRICT, 4810 EAST M-28, KENTON, MI 49967 before or at the time of public bid opening at 2:00 PM local time on 07/23/2025 for an estimated volume of 64 CCF of 

• Mixed Hardwood sawtimber
• 246 CCF of Red & White Pine sawtimber
• 186 CCF of Sugar Maple sawtimber
• 269 CCF of Aspen pulpwood
• 16 CCF of Jack Pine pulpwood
• 170 CCF of Mixed Conifer pulpwood
• 991 CCF of Mixed Hardwood pulpwood
• 262 CCF of Pine pulpwood marked or otherwise designated for cutting. 

The Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Interested parties may obtain a prospectus from the office listed below. A prospectus, bid form, and complete information concerning the timber, the conditions of sale, and submission of bids is available to the public from the the Kenton Ranger District, 4810 East M-28, Kenton, MI, or at the links below.
