Horseshoe Lake Campground and Boat Launch

The small 16-acre lake offers a variety of fishing opportunities. The one-mile walk around the north end of the lake provides for wildlife sightings and scenic views of the lake and campground. This campground is small and lightly used, perfect for those looking for solitude.

Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week unless otherwise posted. Forest quiet hours apply.

Special Use Permit - 

  • No special use permit is required for individuals or small groups (74 people or less).
  • Permits are required for commercial, event or large groups (75 people or more).
