Neuse River Trails
Hike or bike around the Neuse River Campground. Stretch your legs on the mile-long paved trail that circles the campground. You can also enjoy the two-mile dirt trail that crosses a lovely tupelo swamp by boardwalk and winds through the mixed pine-hardwood forest. Both trails are open to bikers and hikers, but no motorized vehicles are allowed.

Directions
(Locally called Flanners Beach.) From New Bern, take US 70 East about 12 miles. About 2 miles south of the Croatan District office, turn left on SR 1107 and go 1.5 miles. Campground is signed on US 70 also.
