Bark Camp Lakeshore Trail (Forest Trail #211)

The Bark Camp Lakeshore Trail is the perfect setting to fish and view nature and wildlife, including beaver. The trail is flat, with minimum elevation change as it circles Bark Camp Lake. Sections of the trail follow bridges and boardwalks that cross streams flowing from the lake. The Chief Benge Scout Trail connects to this trail.

Drinking water available in the recreation area.

Motorized use, including e-bikes, is prohibited. Trail is open to hiking and biking. Horseback riding is not recommended on this trail.

All visitors should follow Tread Lightly and Leave No Trace guidelines.

Directions

From Coeburn VA: Follow Alternate Route 58 East for 3.7 miles. At the stop light in Tacoma make a left onto SR 706 and follow for 4.1 miles. Turn left onto SR 699 and follow for 0.1 miles. Turn right onto SR 822 and follow for 2.0 miles to the entrance of Bark Camp on the right.
