Lake Charles
Situated in the western Ocala National Forest, Lake Charles is south of CR 314-A, east of CR-314, and north of SR 40 at Lynne, in the same floodplain as Redwater Lake.

- The lake has an unimproved boat ramp that makes this location an ideal spot for launching your boat just for fun or for fishing.
Nature Viewing
- Wildlife is abundant at Lake Charles. Sandhill cranes and wading birds are commonly spotted in the area around the lake.
