Laurel Creek Trailhead

Laurel Creek Trailhead is located off KY 478 just east of Whitley City and provides access to Laurel Creek Trail #620. The trail is excellent for both hiking and mountain biking. Beginning at the southern end, the trail traverses a ridge before descending to the creek. Along the way, visitors will see interesting rock formations and several small swimming holes. The site has parking.

Directions

From Whitley City, take KY-478 east for 4.1 miles. The trailhead will be on your right.

To southern trailhead from US 27 south of Whitley City, take County Road 696 for 2.2 miles to the trailhead.
