Marion Outlet Trail #3495

From the lower junction with Marion Lake Trail this trail heads up to the junction with Blue Lake Trail at the river outlet for Marion Lake.

After the junction with Blue Lake Trail, the trail travels alongside slopes above to Marion Lake before tying back in with Marion Lake Trail.

General Information

$5/vehicle/day or a valid recreation pass. No payment accepted onsite.

Central Cascades Wilderness Permits are required between June 15 and October 15 for both day and overnight use when entering from Marion Lake trailhead. Check out Recreation.gov for more information or call 1-877-444-6777.
A valid recreation pass may be used as a form of fee payment.

Water from streams and lakes should be filtered or treated.

  • Special Regulations around Marion Lake:
    • No camping is allowed from the junction with Blue Lake Trail #3422 to 1/4 mile before the second junction with Marion Lake Trail #3436.
    • Campfires are not allowed around Marion Lake.
