Bear Flat Trail #3301

This 6.9 mile trail goes through the upper portion of the French Pete drainage and around Olallie Mountain. Make a day loop trip or a two-day hike. Just after leaving the Olallie Trail hikers will pass through open grassy meadows.

Directions

From Blue River proceed east on Hwy. 126 for 4 miles, turn right on Rd. 19 and follow it for 3 miles to Cougar Dam. At the Dam turn left onto Rd. 1993 for 14 miles to Pat Saddle Trailhead on the right. Park at the trailhead and follow Olallie Trail #3529 for 3.5 miles; Bear Flat Trail is on the right.
