Getting There

Directions

From Powers, OR: Go south on County Road 90 to Forest Road 33, and turn onto Forest Road 3358. Travel 4.4 miles on Forest Road 3358-090 to Big Tree Observation site and trailhead.

From Gold Beach, OR: Go northeast on County Road 595 to Forest Road 33. Continue to milepost 57 at Elk Creek Falls Trailhead. The Big Tree Trail will intersect 0.05 miles up the Elk Creek Falls Trail.

From Glendale, OR: Go west on Bureau of Land Management Road 32-9-3 to Forest Road 3348. Travel 12 miles on Forest Road 3348 to Forest Road 3358. Turn right onto Forest Road 3358, and proceed for 11 miles to Forest Road 3358-090, at Big Tree Observation Site.
