Regional Aquatic Invasive Species Order

Regional Aquatic Invasive Species Order (Order Number 06-00-00-21-01) prohibits the possession or transport of various known aquatic invasive species on Region 6 National Forest lands across those lands in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and California. This order is effective beginning March 21, 2021 for a period of 5 years, unless sooner rescinded. It supersedes Regional Order Number 06-00-00-16-0001, dated March 28, 2016.
