Moffett Creek Trail (#430)
This 5.3 mile trail begins at mile 3.5 of Tanner Creek Trail #431 within Mark O Hatfield Wilderness and travels west to the end at Forest Road 20-222.
Only 1.6 miles of this primitive Wilderness trail are in Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, the remainder are within the Mt. Hood National Forest.

Accessed via Tanner Creek Trail #431
From Portland, OR: Travel east on Interstate 84 to Bonneville exit #40. Turn right (south) and park at either Wahclella Trailhead (continue straight on the road to the parking area) or Toothrock Trailhead (take the left fork immediately after the right and follow the road up the hill to the parking area). Forest Service Road 777 is gated, so you'll need to hike to Tanner Butte Trail #401 Trailhead.
