Fraser Flat Campground

Forested site on the South Fork Stanislaus River. Two sites, a vault toilet, and two fishing piers are accessible.

General Information

Check in: 2:00 p.m.; Check-out: 12:00 p.m.; Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

If you wish to use a stove, grill, or have a campfire it is recommended, but not required, that you get a campfire permit.  This FREE Permit can be obtained at preventwildfiresca.org or at any ranger station. Do not burn plastic or metal. Please leave the area in as good (or better) condition than you found it.
Interagency Senior and Interagency Access Passes Honored: The Interagency Senior and Access Passes Provide a 50 percent discount on camping fees at Fraser Flat Campground.  Pass number must be written on fee envelope. The Interagency Annual and Volunteer passes do not provide any discounts on camping.  

Camp in designated sites only. The number of people allowed in a single campsite is six. The maximum length of stay in any campground is 14 days.

Overnight Use:
Single Site: $28 per night
Double Site: $56 per night
Additional Vehicle Fee: $10 per vehicle per night
Day Use:
$5 per vehicle per day

The Interagency Senior and Interagency Access Passes are honored and provide a 50% discount on camping fees in the campground.  Pass number must be written on fee envelope or Pass must be shown to Host. The Interagency Annual and Volunteer passes do not provide any discounts on camping. Passes are not accepted for group or double sites.  

Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort operates this campground under a special use permit administered by the Forest Service. The fees paid by concessionaires finance the refurbishment of facilities in the campgrounds they operate.
