Paul Little Picnic Area

Elevation: 1,700-feet in elevation

Amenities: 3 picnic sites- picnic tables, no FS provided fire appliances. No toilets, No trash receptacles. Seasonal stream water (treat before using). However, water flow may be low or non-existent due to reduced rainfall. Please bring enough water for cooking, cleaning, drinking, and extinguishing campfires (when campfires are allowed). Pack it in - Pack it out!

Hike-in, 1.5 mile walk from Gould Mesa Campground.

Day use hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Know Fire & Other Restrictions Before You Go!: These conditions can affect your entire trip. For example, Extreme and Critical fire use restrictions mean no campfires and no portable cooking systems/stoves. Bring cold food and no S'mores.

Day Use:
$5 per vehicle per day
$30 per annual

Dogs must be on leash.

36 CFR 261.8 (d) Possessing a dog not on a leash or otherwise confined. 

$150 fine
