East Fork Blacks Fork Trailhead & Campground

This timbered trailhead is popular for local fishing, stream and hiking. It provides wilderness access.

First come, first served. 

General Information

This site is managed by the US Forest Service. 

Mountain biking is prohibited. Most of this trail is found in the High Uintas Wilderness, so follow the proper rules and regulations

Day Use:
$10 per vehicle per three day
$20 per vehicle per seven day
$60 per vehicle per season

We honor all Interagency "America the Beautiful" National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Passes, and Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest Passes. 
Please have your pass on display in your vehicle while parked.

Directions

Directions: From Hwy U-150, 2 miles north of the Bear River Ranger Station, turn east onto the North Slope Rd. Travel about 16 miles along this road over Elizabeth Pass and down the other side, until you come to its junction with Lyman Lake Campground Road. Turn left and proceed to the next junction. Turn right, following the sign directing you to the East Fork Blacks Fork, drive 2 miles to its junction with the East fork Blacks Fork trailhead.
