SPECIAL ORDER OF FOREST SUPERVISOR
WASATCH-CACHE NATIONAL FOREST
KAMAS AND EVANSTON RANGER DISTRICTS
Pursuant to 36 CFR 261.50 (a) and (b), the following acts are prohibited on all areas, roads and trails described below and as shown on the map. All lands affected are located on the Kamas and Evanston Ranger Districts, Wasatch-Cache National Forest. This order is in effect until further notice.
l. Parking or leaving a vehicle in violation of posted instructions within the designated Mirror Lake Fee Demo Area. (Not properly displaying a validated Mirror Lake Fee Demo Pass) [36 CFR 261.SS(g)].
Pursuant to 36 CFR 261.50 (a) and (b), the following acts, or persons, are exempt from this order:
- Persons with a permit or contract authorizing the otherwise prohibited act.
- Authorized Federal, state, or local officers, or members of an organized rescue or firefighting force in the performance of official duty, when authorized by the District Ranger.
Area Described: All National Forest Lands that are located within the· designated boundaries of the Mirror Lake Highway Recreation Fee Demo Area located on the Wasatch-Cache National Forest. SEE ATTACHED MAP

Violation of this prohibition is punishable by fine of not more than $5,000 or imprisonment of not more than 6 months or both. [16 USC 551, 18 USC 3559 &
3571 (b) (6)].
This order supersedes any previous orders/notices for the above described areas, and same said violation(s).
