Salt Lake Ranger District
Pursuant to 36 CFR 261.50 (a) and (b), the following acts are prohibited in the areas described in this order, all within the Wasatch-Cache National Forest, from the period November 15 through April 30 until further notice:
- Camping without a permit at Spruce's Campground and Jordan Pines Group Campground. [36 CFR 261.58 (e)]
- Occupying campsites by groups larger than 25 persons.[36 CFR 2 61.58 (f)]
- Camping in Tanners, Albion Basin, and Redman Campgrounds. [36 CFR 261. 58 (e)]
Pursuant to 36 CFR 261.50 (e), the following acts, or persons, are exempt from this order:
- Persons with a permit or contract authorizing the otherwise prohibited act.
- Authorized Federal, state, or local officers, or members of an organized rescue or firefighting force in the performance of official duty, when authorized by the District Ranger.

Big Cottonwood Canyon: Spruces Campground, Jordan Pines Group Campground Redman Campground
Little Cottonwood Canyon: Tanners Campground, Albion Basin Campground
