Jones Corral Guard Station

Jones Corral Guard Station is located near the north end of the Powell Ranger District on Mount Dutton. It is a great base for hikers, hunters, bicycle and horse riders, and off-highway vehicle enthusiasts.  It sits at the edge of a beautiful meadow with outstanding views. 

This cabin sleeps up to 4 people comfortably but up to 6 people in two sets of bunk beds and a two person futon. Visitors will need to bring their own bedding. The kitchen is furnished with a propane stove, table and chairs. There are no pots, pans, dishes or utensils provided. There is no potable water at this site, and visitors must bring plenty of water for drinking, cooking and washing.  A vault toilet is located on the premises.

Jones Corral Guard Station is available for reservation year-round. Online reservations are allowed from June 10 - October 31.

Overnight Use:
$30 per night

$30 per night per group, with up to 6 occupants. Fees are used directly for the maintenance and preservation of the guard station.

The Guard Station is located off of County Road 22. Take Forest Road 125, north of Widtsoe Junction or Forest Road 126 near Antimony, Utah.
