One of three small sites along Highway 150 to Taos Ski Valley, providing access to Rio Hondo and wilderness hiking.

Fishing - River/Stream

The Rio Hondo runs along the campground.

Numerous trails into the Columbine-Hondo and Wheeler Peak wilderness areas can be found up Highway 150.

Each campsite has a picnic table.

The campground is along the Enchanted Circle Scenic Byway.
