Military Sinkhole Trail

This trail starts at the 260 Trailhead and makes an aggressive assent 850 feet in elevation up the face of the Mogollon Rim. The trail is approximately 3 miles from the 260 Trailhead to the intersection of the Rim Vista Trail at Military Sinkhole Vista.  The actual sinkhole is located across Forest Road 300 from the vista parking lot. The trail then continues approximately 1/4 mile through the sinkhole and ends at the junction with the General Crook Trail.
